Abu Dhabi Crown Prince, British Foreign Secretary discuss regional, global challenges

Abu Dhabi, 10 December 2017, WAM - His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and visiting British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson took stock of the latest regional and global developments while recognising the importance of joint coordination to address existing challenges, including terrorism, extremism and violence, to realise security and stability in the region.

The British Foreign Secretary is in Abu Dhabi as part of a tour of the region.

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed received the British Foreign Secretary at Al Shati Palace on Sunday to discuss ways of bolstering UAE-UK ties to serve the best interests of the peoples of both countries and to share views on a variety of issues of mutual concern.

The meeting was attended by H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, H.H.
