Commercial Invoices & Shipping Documents
The Embassy legalizes/authenticates all commercial Invoices /certificate of origin/health certificates/packing list/documents that are certified by Chamber of Commerce or Board of Trade in Canada.
Please note that as of May 1, 2016, all Documents/Certificates, mailed in or submitted in person to the UAE Embassy – Ottawa, MUST be accompanied by a completed and signed legalization Form (FORM).
If documents are submitted to the Embassy without a completed form, the documents will be returned to you without a legalization stamp.

Note: LEGALIZATION FEE FOR AN ADDITIONAL COPY OF THE SAME INVOICE, IS $57.00 CAD
Please make sure that your invoices are legalized by any recognized Canadian Chamber of Commerce or Board of Trade and stamped on the same page that the value of the invoice is shown.
REGULATIONS & FEES are subject to change and should always be checked with the UAE Embassy.
NOTE: Any INCOMPLETE documents submitted for legalization to the Embassy will be retained for a maximum of two months upon receipt. If requirements are not completed within the proposed time, documents will be disposed of safely and confidentially. If prepaid return envelope is provided, the embassy will return your document.
Money orders, certified cheques or drafts issued to the Embassy are non-refundable.
The Embassy ONLY accepts money order, certified cheque or bank draft issued in Canada, made payable to: UAE EMBASSY-OTTAWA
Note: THE EMBASSY DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY FORM OF PAYMENT ISSUED OUTSIDE CANADA.
